In support of a Human Resources Plan for the Ministry of Environment, Lands and Parks, Bert conducted a review of the recruitment and classification processes through facilitated workshops and interviews with staff across the Ministry. The project involved a review of existing processes, identification of issues and opportunities, and preparation of recommendations and action plans.
