Project Manager and Lead Consultant, Apprenticeship Web-based Tracking System for Ministry of Advanced Education and Training
Bert was the Project Manager and Lead Consultant for the development of a web-based self-registration system to replace the counselor-facilitated model for Apprentices / Trainees in the Province. Bert was responsible for definition of the new business/system model, consultation with Educational Institutions, Employers, and Apprentices, and managing the system development project to meet the requirements of changes to Industry Training legislation.
